The Eddy

We provided sustainability consulting for The Eddy, a modern condominium and performing arts project which has become the new anchor in Ottawa’s Wellington West neighbourhood. The Eddy boasts many firsts: It has Ontario’s first (and Canada’s second) underground puzzle parking system which uses 60% less space and keeps emissions outside the building. It is also among the first condominium projects to include a geothermal heating system. A showcase of sustainable features, the building harvests rainwater and solar energy and is filled with healthy, sustainably harvested, low emissions finishes.
