Perley Rideau - Mixed-Use Development
We worked with the Perley’s Executive Leadership Team to develop a new campus ‘Blueprint’ or development plan for the Perley Rideau to respond to its need to diversify services and increase revenues.
Developed in consultation with a broad set of internal and external stakeholders, the Blueprint sets out a long- term vision for change and a framework for decision-making based on an overarching vision and set of development principles. The Blueprint considers multiple factors such as current and emerging issues, opportunities and constraints, and successes and best practices. It also outlines future development possibilities and lays out next steps. The Blueprint process itself reflects a thorough and thoughtful approach to development, resulting in a realistic assessment of the development potential on site. It has become part of the ‘storyboard’ as the Perley engages the City and Community in future development discussions.
