Urban Equation is providing ongoing support to CSI as they define and realize the opportunity to fit-up and occupy their new building on Toronto’s Spadina Avenue. After managing the retrofit of the ground floor, we are now actively managing project finances and the consultant and construction teams as they retrofit the fourth and fifth floors. Throughout, we have worked closely with CSI to maintain their values and vision while bringing an innovative triple bottom line approach to our development advisory services.
